Cherry Blossom Birthday Card

Hi everyone

At last my doctor has referred me to the ENT clinic to see if i should get my tonsils out after the last few years with a red raw throat  with white spots, ache muscles & having no energy and too many sick days off work ,i will just be glad if i do have to get them out so i can feel better as i have felt like this far too long .

I have made this card for a work colleague who's birthday is coming up very soon .
I have to say i seen this gorgeous digi http://www.digistampboutique.co.uk/catalog/offer-month-sketchy-cherry-blossom-p-803.html  on one of my blogging buddies Kerry's cards here http://aloadofoldpickle.blogspot.co.uk/2013/02/almost.html  and i loved it ! I asked Kerry if it was ok to use her fab idea of adding the pearls which adds a luxury professional finish to the card .
I went into digital designer software matched the square frame with this freebie http://sugarbuttdesigns.com/2013/02/19/freebie-ornate-page-border-overlay-with-example-included/ then added the cherry blossom digi ,coloured it with promarkers which i am not brilliant at but i gave it a go ,used Calamity jane font ,added pearls & a little stickles to the centre of the flowers,finished with a few butterflies from tonic studio punch & stampin up sizzix embosslits Beautiful Wings.

    I love the font you have used and the delicate colours.

    My Sister had her tonsils out a couple of years ago and she feels so much better now .. .. .. I am sure you will too.
